NiCE is an American artificial intelligence technology company specialising in customer relations management software. We created this index website for them ranking the ease with which customers interact with global corporates across three main sectors: telcom, finance, and retail. The index aggregates data based on interviews with 18,000 consumers across the UK, US and Australia each year.
