We worked with NiCE, an American AI customer service software company, to produce a full suite of campaign support materials. Our work focused on visually articulating what the technology could achieve and projecting the brand’s personality to potential B2B customers through concept development, display advertising, white papers, infographics, brochures, and data sheet design and production. During our time collaborating on these projects, NiCE underwent a brand refresh—shifting from a science fiction–inspired, high‑tech aesthetic to a more people‑ and relationship‑focused visual identity.
