When we first partnered with ContactEngine in 2018, artificial intelligence was still a buzzword — full of promise but clouded by confusion. This UK‑based innovator was pioneering what would soon be known as Conversational AI, transforming how companies engaged with their customers. Our task was clear: craft a brand identity bold enough to attract future investors, reinvent the website to reflect credibility and innovation, and articulate in plain language what their technology actually delivered for B2B audiences. Over the following years, ContactEngine’s clarity, confidence, and growth paid off — culminating in its 2021 acquisition by the American firm NiCE. Mission accomplished.
