We were commissioned by the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to design and develop a bespoke e‑commerce platform for at‑home blood test kits, making clinical testing more accessible to patients. The platform manages orders end‑to‑end, from purchase to lab analysis, fully integrating with the Trust’s laboratory systems to ensure each returned sample is correctly linked to the right customer account. Test results are then surfaced in a secure, personalised dashboard — giving users clear insight into their health while enhancing the Trust’s digital service offering.
