Monitor My Health offers the British public an alternative in the busy DIY online blood testing market. It caters to 'time-poor' individuals who struggle to visit their GP but desire accurate and quick results from an NHS laboratory at a competitive price point.

From the outset, it was crucial to present the brand in a way that clearly distinguishes it from privatisation efforts. The goal was to communicate that Monitor My Health is a commercial NHS venture that reinvests profits into the NHS without impacting its standard workload.

We began collaborating with our client as soon as the venture received approval, ensuring that all branding and messaging were perfectly aligned from the start.

While developing the brand, we simultaneously worked on creating the technology to interface with lab systems. This included designing and building the brand’s website, health dashboard, and transaction process.

Our scope also extended to market positioning, naming, video production, and packaging—delivering a comprehensive, end-to-end brand creation.
