Helping construction giant BAM to cross-sell their offers
BAM's offer spans the entire life cycle of a building, harnessing the expertise and resources of five core businesses – design, construction, facilities management, property development and plant hire – to offer their clients a high-quality and seamless service.
Their business development managers (BDMs), being specialists in their own particular areas, are not always equipped with 360º knowledge of the company's entire offer at presentations.
The need for access to the latest case studies and stats became crucial to the process of cross-selling. BAM's business development team came to us for an app that demonstrates how everything joins up, and how they delivery long term value for their clients.

We designed and built an iPad app which showcases BAM's portfolio in key sectors, communicating their brand goals of being customer-centric, creative and sustainable. A flexible search matrix, together with interactive modules allows BAM's Business Development Managers to quickly access sector and region-based information quickly.
Core to the concept is the Integrated Offer model, which forms the bases of our primary navigation. It also informs how each business unit participated in specific projects, reinforcing the idea of a holistic service.
